"Why is this taking so long Atlas!" whined Lazar as he went over to chat with Rhea who was equally as bored as him. They were on the train traveling to an unknown destination, this all being set up by Atlas, he wanted to spoil his friends. The other two couldn't see anything since Atlas had kindly asked if the staff could cover the windows in their compartment, which annoyed the impatient two as they wanted to know where they were going.
"I swear you said this was going to be quick didn't you?" asked Rhea as she sat up from lying down for several hours. She stretched her paws out and heard little pops from her lying in the same position for a long time, though it was very comfy for her. Their surroundings could be heard but not seen, there were loud shouts and lots of cheering, even a loud roar here and there. There was an especially loud roar that was quite close which made both Rhea and Lazar jump, all Atlas did was sit and try to contain his laughter. The two glared at him, secretly cursing at him on the inside even though he didn't do anything.
"It's only a couple minutes, calm down guys" Atlas laughed this time, not containing it. Making the two glare at him harder, eventually the two stopped, not bothering any more with the childish behaviour. The train finally came to a screeching stop, Atlas was the first to get up and get his stuff, the other two following quickly. One everyone had gathered their bags they headed towards the door where Atlas stopped abruptly, looking at them he smiled and pressed the open button on the door. It opened slowly, letting the sweet smell of fresh air in.
As the three stepped out of the train both Rhea and Lazar gasped at the scene before them, mountains all around as they turned and a huge jungle that looked like it went on for kilometres. The sight was amazing for all of them, even though Atlas had already seen the photos, it was so much better than the photos anyway. Atlas walked onwards, signalling for the other two to follow him as he went towards a rather big treehouse that looked like it was well-made. They had to climb up the tree trunk to get to the entrance, which was quite extravagant, it was mainly greens with splashes of orange and blue.
"What are we doing now?" Lazar said as he settled into a comfy cushion, sinking into it so that his fur became all fluffy due to the friction. His hair frizzed up creating a slight afro look, making Rhea burst out laughing from his strange look. Atlas merely walked over to him and placed a pillow on his face and sat down.
"Well once this stranger is finished with whatever he is doing" Atlas' voice increased as he go near the end of his sentence, whilst pointing at his friend that he was kindly sitting on. "Then we shall be heading off towards the mountains, through those jungles" he said as he lifted a paw to point through the opening in the leaves.
*Mumbling from Lazar* They both looked at the Viscet under the pillow, his paws were stuck whilst his legs were flailing around like a fish out of water. Slowly Rhea backed away with Lazar's stuff, and held her paw up with three fingers. She was mouthing the numbers, three, two, one. Atlas got up and sprinted with Rhea out the entrance but they forgot about being in a tree and the fall. They fell down with their bags going everywhere, Lazar had gotten up and went to try and find the others, he also seemed to forget about the door to and ended up piling on top of the two who had had no chance to get up.
"This is already such a fun trip" Rhea's voice dripped with sarcasm as she pushed Lazar off of her and Atlas, then getting up and smoothing her messed up fur. Then she bent down to collect all of her items, whilst accidentally hiding some of Lazar's. Atlas just lied there looking up at the bright blue sky through the leaves, everything was beautiful to him. Lazar eventually found all of his stuff, being nice he decided to try and get all of Atlas' stuff for him. Which included a telescope, Lazar was confused as to how Atlas fitted the telescope in his bag but didn't question it.
"Off we go, follow me, and don't pet the animals if you see any" exclaimed Atlas as he picked up his stuff and signalled for the two to follow him into the jungle.
